Catalyst Telecom has a new proprietary tool that is a must-have for all of your Avaya Enterprise quotes.  We are happy to introduce the new CoPilot – Your Pricing Navigator!  In addition to the many sales and design benefits, this tool will save you time, which means you spend more time with your customers on the things that really matter, like selling!

CoPilot was created to merge several tools that sales, designers and business partners use to create quotes from Avaya Solution Designer (ASD).  The goal was to leave these tools as “untouched” as possible, while combining them into one tool.  Once all the components that make up the quote are loaded in CoPilot, a user has the ability to export this quote to Excel or XML.  An Excel version can be updated to contain only the pertinent information, while the XML version can transform the quote into a format that could be fed into any EDI system for ordering.

  • Easily handles all the rebate calculations (promos, e-demand, special bids) for you, saving you hours and hours of manually calculating the pricing
