Many new programs were introduced at the Catalyst Telecom Partner Conference to help resellers grow and strengthen their business.  Exclusive new programs for Avaya Scopia were announced, including Avaya’s Scopia Demo Kit Lease Options and Demo Pool Program.

Attendees also learned about the tools and support available through Catalyst Telecom’s Video Suite.  From design, implementation and technical support to onboarding, enablement and education, Catalyst Telecom can deliver all of the support resellers need to be successful selling video.

Catalyst Telecom also announced its new OEM relationship with EMC, a global leader in enabling businesses and service providers to transform their operations and deliver information technology as a service.  Catalyst is offering EMC’s industry-leading storage solutions.  Through this OEM relationship, Catalyst is providing unified communications and data solutions that incorporate EMC VNX® and VNXe® unified storage solutions with Avaya IP Office, Avaya’s industry-leading unified communications solution, specially designed to meet the communications challenges facing small and medium enterprises.

Catalyst’s new Networking Practice Builder was unveiled at Partner Conference.  The goal of the Practice Builder program is to provide Avaya Business Partners the tools and resources needed to consult, design, sell and implement the Avaya Networking Portfolio with little or no upfront investment in equipment, sales engineering resources, or an implementation team. The ScanSource Services Group manages the program with a high-quality team of sales engineers, network engineers, physical installation professionals, as well as project and account managers.
