Have you ever wondered what Technical Services is and what kind of value it provides for you? For starters, Technical Services provides pre-sales support through solution engineering, design assistance and validation, as well as general technology advice.

Our in-house expert and passionate problem solver, Kyle DeWitt, has been with ScanSource for 13 years. He began as a Technical Support Analyst and is now serving as our Director of Technical Support for ScanSource Communications and Catalyst. 

“I started with solving problems involving products and their deployments. Now I solve problems with business strategies and processes, ensuring that we’re able to continue offering services that our partners and vendors find valuable.” –  Kyle DeWitt

Kyle was one of the original techs focused solely on ShoreTel, and most notably, he’s the author of the QIC tool that the ShoreTel partner community uses to design and quote ShoreTel solutions. Kyle was also instrumental in the design of OMNI+, the  next generation platform for UC solution design.

In his spare time, you’ll find Kyle volunteering as President on the Little League field.
