Chris, a superhero buff, works in the Information Technology department (Development Branch) as a Senior Software Engineer/Architect. Here he spends his time building web applications that are designed to make it easier for our resellers, vendors and employees to buy and sell, while overall enriching the ScanSource experience. In his role, Chris loves the problem-solving aspect of figuring things out and making life a little simpler for everyone involved.

While he has been with ScanSource for 16 years, the majority of his work revolves around the creation of multiple integration tools, including the development of the ScanSource & ShoreTel Portal. This was the first website portal that required a login and delivered customer-specific information including tools like the QIC.  In addition, Chris was heavily involved in the creation of the ShoreTel Beyond Expectations promotional engine that allows partners the ability to track their progress online.

Should you catch Chris outside of the office, you’ll find him enjoying multiple activities. Most recently, he set the South Carolina state record for running a marathon in 2:47:26 for the 50+ age division! He also enjoys travelling outside, playing crossword puzzles and cycling in his ShoreTel gear.
