Did you know that PRM just got a cool new makeover earlier this fall? Avaya just completed Phase 1, which moved PRM to Salesforce Partner Communities in an effort to help partners better manage their channel relationship with Avaya. Want to check it out? Simply remove your old references; access the new URL at, and login with your existing Avaya SSO credentials and you too can access the new PRM!

In addition to providing quick access to the Partner Portal, the new PRM provides a ton of great resources for partners! You can create and track opportunities, initiate special bids, access training content, manage your certifications, and even request status update on service orders. The new portal is also more user friendly with an updated interface and layout, and a “Related Lists” for faster navigation. You can also see upcoming activities, and even set activity reminders.
