How to Access Avaya SME Services Tier III Support

There are many questions about the new Avaya SME Services offer. We will try to clarify as much of this as possible. Here is what you will need to do as an Avaya Business Partner in order to receive Avaya Tier III support:

  1. Locate your Business Partner Sold to Number
  2. Call your Catalyst Sales Rep to purchase the Base SME support offer. ( this is a block of 5 hours) Part Number 244880
  3. Once you have purchased the Base Offer, add Catalyst’s Link ID (obtained from your sales rep) to your Administrator page under your SSO log in. This grants permission for Catalyst Technical Support to open a case with your sold to.
  4. Make sure that each member of your Technical Team has your sold to number. (This will alleviate lost time trying to track down the sold to number while on-site)

Please remember that the support you receive from Catalyst Telecom will continue to be free of charge. These offers are for escalation to Avaya Tier III only.
