We’ve been working at a feverish pace to provide our partners with the best tools and enablement possible around Avaya’s Radvision video offering.  Early on, it became clear that our partners needed an easy-to-use, accurate way to develop quotes for Radvision opportunities.

You spoke.  We listened.

Many of you are already familiar with Catalyst’s FastQuote tool for IP Office.  It’s been used by thousands of partners nationwide to quickly develop configurations and pricing for customer opportunities.  We’ve taken the powerful infrastructure behind FastQuote and developed a new set of tools for your Radvision opportunities.  And recently, Avaya has given Catalyst the go-ahead to offer it to our partner community for you to use.

FastQuote gives you the ability to go from customer opportunity to complete Bill of Material in just a few clicks.  Whether you’re offering a customer the powerful XT 5000 room system, a Scopia Elite bundle, or any other Radvision product, FastQuote makes it easy to provide your customers with a finished quote, maintenance options, and [if necessary] an implementation quote from our ScanSource Services team – all customized for your opportunity.

Also included with each quote is an Executive Brief document – a new enhancement to simplify creating a finished Radvision proposal.  In it, you’ll find details on each product that you’ve added to your quote, in a clean, customizable Word document.

We believe that FastQuote is the simplest, most accurate, and easy to use quoting and pricing tool in the video collaboration industry.  And as of this week – it’s live!

During our beta testing of FastQuote for Radvision, the response has been almost overwhelming.  We hope you enjoy this valuable addition to the Catalyst Partner Tools offering as much as we’ve enjoyed developing it.
