Are you confused about which path to take to upgrade your UC technical certifications for ShoreTel Connect?  We can help!!

If you are a new ShoreTel Partner and only intend to sell ShoreTel Connect, (you will not sell or support 14.2), then you will need to go to https://www.shoretel.com/shoretel-university to enroll in the following:

New Partners Technical Enroll in this ShoreTel Academy
Hardware Installer ShoreTel Unified Communications System Installer (UCSI) – 97181
System Programmer ShoreTel Unified Communications System Programmer (UCSP) – 97184
Support Engineer (Tier 1) ShoreTel Unified Communications Support Engineer – Tier 1 (UCSE) – 97187

 

If you currently sell and support 14.2 and need to:  1) upgrade your current certifications for Connect, or 2) add new certifications for 14.2 and Connect, then please check out the following Infogram to see what your current options are for upgrading or adding certifications for ShoreTel 14.2 and/or Connect.

The deadline for current ShoreTel partners to earn the Connect certifications required for their Champion Partner Program tier is March 31, 2016.  Also, additional certifications = additional points in the Program. Contact your ScanSource Sales Rep to Register Now
