A new feature in ScanSource Communications’ Quoting, Implementation and Configuration (QIC) tool version 13 allows ShoreTel Partners to include multiple service contracts on one quote to their customers. Partners can now offer their customers service options without regenerating the quote multiple times. This post is designed to guide a QIC user through the process.
ShoreTel QIC Tool
To meet our ShoreTel partners’ needs of Quoting, Implementing and Configuring a ShoreTel solution, ScanSource Communications has created the QIC tool. The QIC tool provides ShoreTel partners of all experience levels with an easy, interactive environment to create customizable pricing proposals and quotes. QIC includes guided selling assistance, technology and service calculators, and access to partners’ existing customer list and authorization levels to ensure that the quoted solution is accurate. Complementary products like headsets, data networking and wireless products are also included to allow for a complete UC solution quote.
