The QIC tool provides ShoreTel partners of all experience levels with an easy, interactive environment to create customizable pricing proposals and quotes. QIC includes guided selling assistance, technology and service calculators, and access to partners’ existing customer list and authorization levels to ensure that the quoted solution is accurate. Complementary products like headsets, data networking and wireless products are also included to allow for a complete UC solution quote.
