GREENVILLE, SC – November 29, 2011 – Catalyst Telecom®, a sales unit of ScanSource®, Inc. {NASDAQ: SCSC}, and value-added distributor of voice, video and data convergence solutions, has created FastQuote, an innovative web-based tool designed to assist resellers in quickly creating accurate quotes for their end-user customers.

FastQuote is available via an easy-to-use online interface that provides straightforward qualifying questions, enabling resellers to produce a customized budgetary quote in minutes. Reports can be produced to monitor several different criteria, including closure rates, quotes in progress and opportunity/lead status, allowing the reseller to be more proactive in their bidding processes. What’s more, FastQuote is also accessible from mobile devices, allowing resellers to conveniently create a quote in mobile or virtual environments. The tailored quote is delivered with the reseller’s logo and contact information. FastQuote is currently available to create quotes for Avaya IP Office solutions.
