Last week, I ordered a Christmas gift online for store pick up thinking this would save me some very valuable time. Well, I was wrong. I stood in line with my order acknowledgement for 45 minutes and couldn’t help but think that the store could improve my customer experience with the line busting solution from Datamax-O’Neil and Motorola.
