I received this presentation about a year ago. It inspired me and the rest of the audience. Nevertheless I was surprised seeing the slide deck again, how I had forgotten some crucial links in the negotiation principle. That’s why I am happy, for being able to go through this great content again, and re-enforce the value of it.
